For the International Year of Chemistry, BASF’s Ludwigshafen plant also opened its doors on the web: all BASF divisions involved in the open house were presented in a digital campaign in cooperation with the Pop Academy Mannheim. The themes of the BASF location marketing, which had previously only been seen as print motifs, were also visualised and made tangible. Motion tracking and video samples made the visitors part of the production.
